Colin T. Greene has extensive experience in all areas of family law and immigration and nationality law.
Mr. Greene is a graduate of UCLA and Loyola Law School, and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. He has lectured and taught "Suing the INS in Federal Court," for the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He has also been an invited speaker before many groups.
He has been quoted on family law and immigration law by the media, including the Los Angeles Times and the Los Angeles Daily Journal. His publications include Inside the Minds: California Family Law Strategies, Aspatore Books 2009 [due out in March/09].
His published cases include Rios v. Ashcroft, 287 F.3d 895 (9th. Cir. 2002) [family of murdered Gautemalan army officer who was kidnapped and threatened established persecution because of imputed political opinion].
He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Los Angeles County Bar, including its family law and immigration sections, and a member of the Pasadena Bar Association.
